Podcast pass terms (subscriptions)

Last updated: 4 November 2026

1. Purpose

These terms govern the passes sold by SAS FOR TAPE (ForCast.studio), Paris trade register 934 537 036, 3 rue Charles Baudelaire, building T, 75012 Paris, hereinafter "the studio": the 6-Pack, the Duo Pass and the Weekly Pass. They supplement the studio's terms of sale. For passes, they prevail in case of difference. The French version prevails.

2. The offers

OfferPrice incl. VATSessionsSign-up fee
6-Pack€449, paid once6 sessions, valid for 1 yearNone
Duo Pass€149 per month2 sessions per month€59
Weekly Pass€249 per month4 sessions per month€59

Each session lasts 1 hour: the 6-Pack and the passes cannot be used to book a session of several hours (for example 6 hours in a row with the 6-Pack). A session is 1 hour in the studio with the Pro Edit package, as described in the terms of sale (3-camera recording, on-site technician, edit delivered within 48 hours). Options (extra camera, overtime, etc.) are charged on top at the current rate.

3. Duo Pass and Weekly Pass sign-up fee

A €59 sign-up fee incl. VAT is due each time a Duo Pass or Weekly Pass is taken out. It is included in the first payment, together with the first month (€208 for the Duo Pass, €308 for the Weekly Pass). The subscription only starts once this first payment is made.

4. Subscribing

Subscriptions are taken out online on forcast.studio, then on the studio's secure payment page. Before paying, the client reads these terms and accepts them by ticking the box provided. The contract is formed when the first payment is received. A confirmation e-mail and a receipt are sent to the client. The date of the first payment is the subscription's renewal date.

5. Duration, renewal and payment

6. Booking and using sessions

7. Changing or cancelling a session

8. Cancellation by the client

The client may cancel a Duo Pass or Weekly Pass at any time, free of charge and without giving reasons, online from their customer portal (log in with the payment e-mail address), or by e-mail to bonjour@forcast.studio. Cancellation is confirmed by e-mail. The customer portal also lets the client update their card and download invoices. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period: no further payment is taken, the period already paid is not refunded, and its sessions remain usable until it ends.

9. Failed payment

If a payment fails, new attempts are made automatically and the client is asked by e-mail to update their payment method. Bookings are suspended in the meantime. If payment is not made within 15 days, the subscription ends automatically and sessions already booked are cancelled.

10. Restarting a pass after cancellation or a failed payment

Once a pass has ended (cancellation by the client, failed payment or termination by the studio), a new subscription is needed to start again, and the €59 sign-up fee must be paid again, subject to available places. No session from the previous subscription is kept.

11. Termination or suspension by the studio

12. Number of places

The number of passes is limited to guarantee slot availability. The studio may refuse a new subscription when all places are taken.

13. Right of withdrawal (consumer clients)

Consumer clients have 14 days from subscription to withdraw, without giving reasons, by e-mail to bonjour@forcast.studio (articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). By booking a session that takes place during this period, the client expressly asks for the pass to start before the period ends: if they then withdraw, they remain liable for the price of the sessions used (monthly or pack price divided by the number of sessions included), in accordance with article L221-25. The rest, including the sign-up fee, is refunded within 14 days using the same payment method. The right of withdrawal does not apply to business clients.

14. Secure payment and data

Payments are processed by Stripe. The studio never has access to card numbers. Personal data processing is described in the privacy policy.

15. Other provisions

For anything these terms do not cover (files, equipment, image rights, liability, applicable law), the studio's terms of sale apply.
